Corporate Profile Reports provide all current public record information for a corporation. Unlike Articles of Incorporation, a corporate profile report is considered the Registry's current reported information about a company. Although corporate profile information varies by jurisdiction, generally the information provided allows confirmation of details such as:
- Current and former name(s) of the corporation
- Legal status
- Registered office and mailing address
- Director, Officer and/or Shareholder's names and addresses
- Last document filed
- Corporations involved in Amalgamation, if any
- Extra provincial registration information, if any

The Business Name Report provides all current public record information for the Business name searched. Although business name profile information varies by Jurisdiction, generally the information provided allows confirmation of details such as:
- Type of registration (Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, Corporation, Limited Partnership, etc.)
- Business owner information, office address and mailing address
- Current and former names of business, and trade names
- Status, date of registration and expiry, description of business activity
- Business Registration Number

Depending on search criteria, a PPSA Search Report will show any liens registered against a corporation, business, individual, or motor vehicle. Results provide PPSA registration details including information such as: debtor name (borrower), secured party (lender), length of agreement and possibly the specific goods/collateral and amount secured. PPSA Search Reports allow you to:
- Determine if any existing securities are registered against a company or individual
- Obtain details about liens registered against the party searched
- Obtain PPSA registration details such as Borrower, Lender, length of agreement and goods/collateral secured

Litigation is an 'action' search conducted to uncover pending litigation. Litigation searches may be conducted at Small Claims Court, Provincial Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, Tax Court of Canada and Federal Court of Canada levels. Searches can be conducted on a 5 and 10 year basis. Litigation copies can be obtained for specific court filings (ie. Statement of Claim, Statement of Defence, Orders, etc.), and retrieved from the appropriate level of court. Depending on the year the action commenced and file storage location, turn around times to obtain copies will vary. Litigation searches provide you with:
- Details about current or past judgments made against a company or individual
- Litigation details about civil cases involving real property, liens, or collection of liquidated debt and many other case types
Turnaround:
- Turnaround time for Toronto court office searches is 1–2 hrs; you will be contacted if results will take longer.
- Turnaround is 24-48 hours for court offices outside of Toronto.

Federal Bankruptcy Search (Insolvency)

Also known as an Insolvency Search, this search is conducted with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Canada to determine all bankruptcies and proposals registered since 1978, all receiverships registered since 1993 and all recorded petitions. Federal Bankruptcy searches enable you to:
- Identify if an individual or company has filed for (and protected) under bankruptcy
- Determine if a bankruptcy proposal or petition has been registered with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy
Turnaround: 1-2 hours

A search conducted to determine if a writ of execution was filed in a given County/Province. A Sheriff's certificate against the name searched is obtained covering registrations within the specified time period for the particular County/Province.
Determine if a writ of execution was filed against a party.
Conduct this search against an individual or a company based on the party's residential/registered property address or other Company office addresses.
Turnaround: 1-2 hours

A title search, or real property search, summarizes the history of a particular parcel of real estate and provides details such as Property Identification Number (PIN), legal description, current owner(s) name, and current and historical instruments registered on title. You can request copies of transfers, mortgages or any other document registered. Search by owner, address or legal description to:
- Confirm current ownership information
- Identify existing loans and/or liens registered on title
Turnaround: Dependent on search inputs (name, address, etc.)

How the ESC service works:

- You'll need to enter your first and last name, the email address where you'd like to receive your results, and a password - then select the OK button
- Enter the search criteria (ie. Company name) - we've defaulted the jurisdiction to Ontario, but you can change that if you'd like to
- Once you've got your order ready, you just need to enter your billing address and then your credit card information to make your payment
