This full-day, hands-on workshop geared towards Office Administrators is designed to equip real estate Brokerage staff with an overview of the Organized Real Estate Model, TRREB's MLS® Rules and Policies, TRREB's MLS® System, and related technologies for offer preparation and digital signing.

Office Administrators will leave with a better understanding of TRREB resources and technology, along with tips and tools to better support the Brokerage and its Salespeople. Participants will gain a better understanding of the importance of Brokerage policies, the knowledge and skills to help ensure Brokerage compliance, and an increased understanding of how to support agents in leveraging the technology and services included in their membership.

The Office Administrator workshop will provide an intro to TRREB's MLS® System, using Add/Edit to load and edit listings, industry best practices, and an overview of SkySlope Forms & DigiSign for filling in forms and clauses online.

Attendees must obtain access to Add/Edit (via their Broker or Manager) PRIOR to the day of the workshop.

  • Reporting Transactions

Module Four: SkySlope Forms and DigiSign

  • Where to access SkySlope Forms & DigiSign
  • Create and use Templates
  • Create Files by adding OREA/Board Forms
  • Insert OREA/Board Clauses into a form
  • Create and save custom clauses
  • Edit and delete saved forms and transactions
  • Print and Email forms for digital signatures.
